Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. If the delivered product has any kind of defect or damage, or if the product is not as described, you can raise a return request for the same.
However, please note that in case of a refund, a convenience charge of 250 rupees will be deducted from your refund amount.
CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGE 100/- WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, FOR COD ORDER THE TOTAL DEDUCTION AMOUNT WILL BE 350/-
It is mandatory to raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product as the return request cannot be raised once the time of 7 days is over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges: If you want to ensure a quick exchange for the desired item, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly assess the condition and quantity of the items. Based on this evaluation, we will proceed with the refund accordingly. Following the inspection, we will promptly inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
